Rebel Refrigeration

I have been using Rebel Refrigeration for several years now at both my home and business, and I must say I am very impressed with the level of service I have received. My business has multiple units that are over 20 years old, and Rebel has done an excellent job at not only keeping these older units running well, but keeping my maintenance costs in check. Their technicians are extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and punctual. No surprises and they stand behind their work - I highly recommend them.

The gas company came to my house and turned off my unit and told me to call an A/C repair company to fix the unit before it can be turned back on. Jennifer the dispatcher understood how important it was to get the repairs done quickly, especially since it was going to be a cold week. She scheduled a technician first thing the following morning. Allan arrived right on time, showed me exactly what had to be replaced. I was happy to find out it was within my budget and he completed the repairs within a hour. He was very professional, courteous, informative and had great customer service skills. It actually doesn't stop there, Jennifer did a follow-up call in the afternoon to make sure everything was operating properly and that I had received the best customer service possible. I would definitely recommend Rebel Refrigeration to my friends!!
